Shipping Policies

Due to Covid-19 and its variants once we drop your items off at the mail delivery service provider we can only offer an estimate of actual delivery date(s).

 

Order Processing

Boss Culture Boutique uses USPS, UPS and Fed Ex shipping companies to deliver our exceptional products.

We process orders within 4-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)

Pre Ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, pleased check your spam filter or contact us at customercare@bosscultureboutique.com for confirmation.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Boss Culture Boutique does not provide pre paid return labels.

Be sure to review your order and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Boss Culture Boutique is not responsible for non delivery due to errors in the address that you provided.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fees) and request that you re-submit your order.

Boss Culture Boutique is not liable for any packages that may become lost or stolen while in transit. We highly recommend you keep your proof of mailing, and return tracking number when shipping back your returns
