Return Policies

Due to Covid-19 safety and sanitation guidelines we are unable to accept online or in person returns at this time. Boss Culture sincerely apologizes for this inconvenience.

 

However due to the nature of our products, (hair extensions, wigs. lashes and beauty products) All sales are final. We do value our customers and we are willing to look into your concerns on an individual, and case by case basis to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

If the item you received was not as described or not what you ordered, you may submit a return request to customercare@bosscultureboutique.com

Please make sure to include the following information with your request

  • Your order number
  • Condition of the item/s you purchased
  • State the reason for your return
  • Please include pictures of the item/s

Please allow the Boss Culture Boutique customer service team to review your request. The BCB team will respond to you within 1 to 4 business days. To fully qualify for a refund, all ITEMS must be in new condition (unworn) and in the original packaging along with the invoice or receipt and should be returned within 7 days of purchase for hair and beauty products and within 14 days for all other products sold on bosscultureboutique.com  If the item is approved for return, we will instruct you on the next steps via email on how to send the item/s back to us for a full refund minus any restocking fees and shipping costs.

However, for small women's fashion accessories like sunglasses and or purses we do offer a refund/exchange policy as follows

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/s within 14 days of purchase date. Please ensure to return item/s in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered in anyway with the tags still attached and intact) Boss Culture Boutique reserves the right to refuse your return and or assess a 15% re stocking fee if our guidelines are not followed.

Please allow two weeks from the date your item was received by Boss Culture Boutique for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

Once your item has been received by Boss Culture Boutique a refund will be issued back to the card you used to make the purchase. Minus any restocking fees and shipping costs. 

We do not provide return shipping labels. 

Boss Culture Boutique is not liable for any packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. We highly recommend you keep your proof of postage paid, and the return tracking number when shipping back returns.

Return to sender and refusal of deliveries

Boss Culture Boutique reserves the right to refuse and or reject returns that do not meet our stated policies. For those of you who think they are slicker than oil, and attempt to return our exceptional products used, touched, worn, combed, shampooed, curled and or with our tags and stickers tampered with or you try to send an item that did not come from Boss Culture Boutique YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to rude, unruly and disrespectful customers. We pride ourselves with speaking and handling each customer with sophistication and respect. Customers that exibit or engage in  fraudulent, violent and or  criminal activities will not be serviced and the proper authorities will be notified immediately.
